Global Dance Festival 2017 Was a Transcending Experience You Must Try

It was such a pleasure to celebrate two memorable days at Global Dance Festival with everyone in attendance at the Mile High Stadium in Denver. Being a newly updated festival experience, everything still ran smoothly. Overall, it was one that I will look forward to attending in the future and look forward to watching grow.

Take a peek into what Global Dance Festival 2017 was all about through out photo tour review.

I will say, the lines were some of the easiest lines I’ve walked through thus far. From bathrooms, to food truck lanes, to entering, and carnival rides. I was never complaining about how long the line was, which is a first. Even the drive in and out was, without a doubt, stress free. Partly due to the venue change – being in the middle of the city has it’s perks.

One awesome addition to the newly formatted festival were the numerous amounts of games. It gave people an outlet to go have fun and relax if they needed to rest the ear drums away from the music for a moment.

For being Denver, I was surprisingly shocked on the venue change. Global Dance and AEG Live did a great job with creating such a magical night right in the heart of Denver. Even being right next to a main street, I forgot I was still in Colorado.

It genuinely felt as if I had traveled to yet another festival. There were many people saying “take it back to Red Rocks” and I understand where they’re coming from. However, it can only get better. Being their first year, there is so much room for improvement and I think Global Dance and AEG Live have what it takes to make this a HUGE festival in the upcoming years.

Now, lets talk artist sets and stages. Of course we all loved bigger stages, The Summit and Northern Lights. I will say the Northern Lights stage did NOT disappoint when it came to the light show. The tent did it’s job by illuminating the lasers for a great show accompanied by some great artists.

My favorite set of the two days goes to Ganja White Night.

From their lasers to the energy they brought was more than what I could’ve asked for. Everyone in the crowd seemed genuinely excited to be watching that particular set with smiles plastered along their faces. The song that I can’t get over playing in my head and imagining the lights dancing along the tent roof is, ‘Flava’. Check it out below:

The Summit Stage, being the main stage, was the most memorable.

Considering it brought in the biggest crowd and was right in sight of all the carnival rides and games. The most memorable part of the whole stage was the firework display as it came as a big surprise.
